Chantal Ippersiel, Paralegal

Mrs Chantal Ippersiel has been working in the legal field since 1998 and became a paralegal in 2001.

In 2009, after having gained many years of experience in business and corporate law in various law firms in Montréal, Mrs Ippersiel joined DUPUIS PAQUIN to set up Paraco Services Parajuridiques Inc.

At Paraco, Mrs. Ippersiel provides companies with a wide range of paralegal services ranging from incorporation to all the tasks related to their annual maintenance. Her expertise also enables her to assist lawyers and tax experts with various transactions such as restructuring, acquisitions, mergers, as well as tax and business arrangements. Moreover, Mrs. Ippersiel prepares documents relating to incorporations, organizations, status changes, extensions, consolidations, dissolutions, stock transactions, rollovers, estate freezes and other transactions to be registered through the Registrar of Companies and Corporate Affairs Canada.

Finally, Mrs. Ippersiel conducts corporate audits of minute books in the context of due diligence.
